The high-rise office building at 50 Miller St, North Sydney occupied by the US Consulate General and WeWork has changed hands. Singapore based Sun Venture purchased the building for around $150 million from Sunmer Capital who bought it eight years ago and spent some $15m refurbishing it. Just over half the 10,427 square metre asset is leased to the United States Consulate General, which itself spent $119m on a fit out. WeWork is the second largest tenant there. CBRE’s James Parry, Kenny Duncanson and Hugh Thompson with JLL’s James Barber, Luke Billiau and Simon Storry were the sales agents.
