Sunset Sessions return to Waverton Coal Loader

If you’ve ever been at the Coal Loader around sunset you were likely treated to a magnificent sight. Looking west the sun glistens off Balls Head Bay down through the Parramatta River, as you cast your eyes over Cockatoo Island, Balmain and Iron Cove. It’s the perfect place for a picnic, especially during a summer sunset. But now thanks to The Coal Loader Centre, you can enjoy a pop-up bar at the iconic rooftop garden serving up cold beers, organic wines, and food accompanied by live acoustic music. Sessions will run from 3:00PM to 8:00PM on Sunday December 4th and 11th then again in the new year on January 8th, February 12th, and March 12th. The event is open to all ages, free entry, dog friendly and of course, sustainable.
